The Emirates Institution for Advanced Science and Technology (EIAST) held a blood donation campaign at Latifa Hospital with a number of EIAST staff donating blood as part of the company’s corporate social responsibility to promote the welfare of all sections of the community.

“EIAST is committed to take part in initiatives that make a difference to the community. The blood donation campaign to support thalassemia patients follows the example set by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President & Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, who underlined the importance of community participation to support a worthy cause,” said H.E. Ahmed Obaid Al Mansoori, Director General of EIAST.
