DUBAI - A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Emirates Institute for Advanced Science and Technology (EIAST) and the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in Dubai on Sunday to form a team of specialised scientists and researchers in the UAE.
Ahmed Obaid Al Mansoori, Director-General of EIAST, and Prof. Hee Cheon, Director of KAIST Institute for Eco-Energy from KAIST, signed the MoU during the first visit of the Korean Institute to the UAE. Mansoori said, “This MoU marks an important step for EIAST after completing the final phase of the DubaiSat-1, which is set for launch towards the end of this year.
