The first mosaic image of the whole UAE by a UAE satellite. It was prepared by EIAST’s team for the 40th anniversary of the UAE. It took nearly three months to task the satellite to image the whole UAE.

This is the scene that you can’t miss in Egypt. The Emirates Institution for Advanced Science and Technology (EIAST) dedicates this image of the Great Pyramids to the Egyptian People.
The image was captured recently by DubaiSat-1 in its orbit 680 kilometers above the earth’s surface. The satellite captures images which can be used for scientific or humanitarian purposes.

Mina Al Arab in Ras Al Khaimah
Dubai-Sat 1 has captured an image of Mina Al Arab in Ras Al Khaimah, featuring residential apartments in waterfront neighborhoods with retail outlets, restaurants and cafes. The community has private beaches, tennis courts, swimming pools and other leisure facilities.
The Image also shows the ICE Land Water Park (to the left of the image), a themed water park, with the largest man-made waterfall in the Middle East.

Dubai-Sat 1 has captured images of the holy city of Mecca before and after the Hajj season, from its orbit 680 kilometers above the earth’s surface. The satellite captures images which can be used for scientific or humanitarian purposes.
